HATHA RAJA WORKSHOPS
The workshop includes an all level dynamic Asana practice, Pranayama, Meditation, and Vedic Philosophy. Throughout the practice you will be guided through an investigation of the body, mind, and spirit as a direct path to self-awareness.
Amitai’s teaching style is a form of moving meditation, inspired by Sri Dharma Mittra.
The postures in coordination with the flow of the breath are geared to move prana (life force) and free up the energetic channels within the body. This workshop will educate you and progress your practice.
The session will be sealed with a deep Yoga Nidra, to allow ourselves to settle beyond the layers of body consciousness.
