MEDITATION
Not Your Typical Meditation is a program that offers depth, and exploration, while meeting the practitioner where they are in their life. It teaches the student how to use the mind and the breath in a new way, to offer lasting transformation, and a deeper connection to life.
After 25 years of intense practice Amitai realized there is so much more to the practice than the physical component, and yet, there seemed to be a disconnect as to why we practice at all. From this realization - he decided to create a program he felt was very needed in today’s world.

ONE-ON-ONE
Prepare to look at where you are in life right NOW - and focus on what is most needed. This session can focus on anything - yoga, life, major decisions, relationships…
The time will be tailored to meet you needs - based on what you may be working on, or want to work on. For instance - if you’re looking for education/insight relating to yoga - we will explore the philosophy. Oftentimes the deeper knowledge offers the missing pieces that are needed. If you’re looking for insight regarding relationships - we can explore that as well, and teach you how to live (and attract) a life full of love.
Wherever you are - I will meet you there.
We will look at what you want to work on in-depth through discussion, bringing the issue to the surface, while creating practical techniques for how you can work to transform, and better yourself.
3-DAY IMMERSION
Teach your students (and teachers!) how to live a life of joy and ease during this 3-day immersion. Each day consists of (1) three hour long workshop focusing on:
deep thought provoking discussion
meditation tools to cope with emotional struggles
breathwork to regulate energy levels
yoga nidra for deep healing for the nervous system
gentle asana for deeper connection with the physical body
This immersion is a modern day interpretation of yoga philosophy and history. The goal is to make sometimes overwhelming yoga philosophy and history, usable in everyday life. We will also work to connect the yoga practice and techniques with everyday stressors.
This immersion is perfect for yoga studios that want to help their students travel deeper into their practice both spiritually and emotionally. It can also be coordinated as an addition/part of any Yoga Teacher Training program.

5-DAY RETREAT
Escape from the daily chaos to the quiet of nature to unearth your inner self, while working closely with Amitai. This 5-day immersion will take you to a beautiful, newly renovated country home in Hudson Valley, New York (just 90 mins north of NYC) where you can dedicate all your time to rest, rejuvenation and healing.
This retreat is perfect for one or two people who are looking to de-stress, re-connect and learn from Amitai’s experience and guidance.
Organic, farm to table meals prepared by a private chef can also be part of your stay. This option will be available in the Fall of 2019.
